Georgetown University, in a thorough nationwide research project which included the review of over 100 mental health models designed for youth rehabilitation, concluded that the InCare Network model for transforming troubled youth, created by PSF American Indian Division team members, was ranked in the top three of best practices in the nation.   Brigham Young University found that the recidivism rates for youth using the reformation program developed by Pretty Shield Foundation General Services Division team members were a most impressive 23%.
